As you may know, Kansas PTA has entered into an agreement with MemberHub for your use as a PTA Unit, and communication ease with Kansas PTA when you are submitting membership, membership dues, and required documentation, such as your 990 submission and annual audit. School Immunization Information

Immunization Requirements for the 2019-2020 school year have changed. The changes now require: Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st grade students - two doses of the Hepatitis A vaccine 7th and 11th graders - one dose of the Meningitis vaccine is required All other vaccine requirements remain the same.
